Teaching Staff Competence Development Management Using Integral System

The study was carried out to consider the management behavior of managers in the process of managing the competences of pedagogical personnel and to determine the effectiveness of the use of the electronic system "INTEGRAL" as a tool for managing the competences of pedagogical personnel. The study used methods of analysis of literature, personal observation of managerial behavior, study of experience based on reports on work practices, survey (structured interview). Following the results of the study, the technological map of work with the "INTEGRAL" system has been finalized as an instruction for the manager in the management of competences of pedagogical personnel. The structure of the work includes introduction, two chapters, conclusion, list of used literature and annexes. Workload - 76 pages without applications. 57 sources of literature on the topic of the study were analysed.
