Modern schools are constantly faced with the problem of expressing gratitude to teachers from their parents, which sometimes leads to conflicts at different levels. However, this topic has not yet been studied in science, although the topic of gifts is often considered in the context of corruption. Master's thesis is devoted to the study of the practice of gifting and its regulation in the educational organization The relevance of the master's research is that: 1. The need for regulation regarding the gift giving policy in an educational organization, which requires: clarification, clarification and consolidation of principles and norms in the existing corporate culture of educational organizations and institutions of further education. 2. Regulation of the policy of gift giving in an educational organization will allow avoiding mistakes in work, making management mechanisms understandable for employees, leveling out the conflict situation related to giving gifts. 3. This work is aimed at solving the following contradiction: the need to develop an algorithm for the section governing the practice of gift giving, since the regulation of the gift giving policy is absent in the ethical code of the educational organization. Based on the analysis of theoretical sources, the basic concepts (“gift”, “gift”) were identified, revealed cultural and historical trends in the development of gift practice. The results of the experimental work (questionnaire of teachers, parents, representatives of the administration) are described. A content analysis of the sites of educational organizations and institutions of additional education is carried out. An algorithm has been developed to create a section that regulates the practice of donation, which is a system of interconnected elements that reflect the stages, the content of the work, ways of organizing performance control, and a description of the functionality of all entities involved in its creation. Testing the algorithm revealed a number of difficulties, but showed its applicability.
