Producing Methods in the Management of Private Education

The purpose of this study – is to identify common in producing and education management methods. The method of this study – theoretical analysis of scientific articles, interviews with principals of schools in St. Petersburg. The anticipated results of this study may be confirmation that producing and management of the educational organization have common features, producing methods can complete and improve the results of management activities in schools. The tasks of this study is to describe the process of the appearance and formation of the producing institute; to identify the limits of the application of the producing methods in the education management; to carry out a comparative analysis of the producing and the educational process. The practical significance of this study may be that the producing methods can be widely applied in the education management. The application of the producing methods can show better results of management activities. Analysis of scientific articles and professional literature is necessary in order to understand the reasons for the producing appearance as an institute, to identify the differences of producing from other types of management activities. The expected result of the research can be confirmation or refutation of the research hypothesis: the producing methods are applied in the management of additional education organizations, in higher educational establishment, courses about the educational programs producing and the school of educational producing are also open. This is caused by the fact that producing and the educational processes have general managerial functions, are creative and the application of the producing methods in the educational process positively affects the results of management activities.
