Student Councils Classification in the Context of School Corporate Culture

The paper presents a study of the dependence of the type of student Council on the type of corporate culture of the school (according to the model of K. Cameron and R. Quinn). The structure reflecting the opinion of students, which is the body of student self-government in educational organizations of the Russian Federation-the Council of students. The student Council is the governing body of the educational organization, such as Board of Trustees, the parents Council, teachers Council, and other bodies, representatives, which the Agency includes in the governing Board of the educational organization. Since the student community is one of the most important parts of the educational system of the institution, the corporate culture of the educational organization should influence students and stimulate or inhibit the manifestation of their activity. The paper presents the author's typologization of student Councils: 1) "Defenders" – a type of Council of students, whose activities are aimed at: representation of the rights and interests of students, their inclusion in the Charter, internal regulations And other local regulations that describe and ensure the rights of different participants in the educational process; work on problem situations and special cases. 2) "Activists" – public associations that together with the administration make plans for extracurricular activities of school events and implement it; 3) "Organizers" – a public Association that conducts school events (holidays, competitions, concerts, promotions) participates in projects and competitions. 4) "Imitators" – type of, activities which directed on aid administration in conducting school???? (holidays, contest, concerts, shares). The results of the study of the interdependence of student Councils from corporate culture showed no dependence between the type of corporate culture and the type of student Council.
