Any commercial enterprise operating on the market in a fairly tough competitive environment is obliged to effectively dispose of existing internal resources and promptly respond to changes in external conditions. In this regard, an important role is played by the concept of Lean Production - a system of organization and management of product development, operations, relationships with suppliers and customers, in which products are manufactured in exact accordance with the needs of consumers and with fewer defects compared to products made on the technology of mass production. The concept of Lean Production is particularly relevant in the context of Industry 4.0-a modern, qualitatively new technological way. The concept of Industry 4.0 implies the use, first of all, of modern digital technologies, which is a logical step in the development of not only industry, but also society and the world as a whole. In this regard, the question arises whether Lean Production methods can be applied in the digital economy and Industry 4.0. The subject of the study is the intra-production logistics of the enterprise in question and the factors that influence it. The object of the research is the Public joint-stock company "KAMAZ". Tasks: 1. conduct a meaningful analysis of the logistics activities of PJSC " KAMAZ»; 2. describe the theoretical foundations of the Fourth industrial revolution; 3. propose and economically justify directions for improving the logistics activities of PJSC "KAMAZ" using the concept of Lean Production. The study is a completed, self-completed qualification work, which contains proposals for the development of intra-production logistics in the company. Keywords: Lean Production, digitalization of production, intra-production logistics, economic efficiency assessment, industry 4.0
