This work is devoted to the organization of informal employment of adolescents taking into account contextual family and territorial factors. The first Chapter deals with the features of the organization of informal employment of adolescents, both in foreign and Russian practice, and the historical aspect of the formation of extracurricular and additional education. As a result of drawing up social maps, analyzing questionnaires and guide interviews with parents of teenagers, the hypothesis is confirmed: when designing the educational space and informal employment of a teenage student, it is necessary to take into account the contextual conditions of the territory. The practical significance of the research project is that the conclusions and recommendations can be used in management and teaching practice. Based on the data obtained from the pre-project study, strategies for selecting families of adolescents in the framework of additional education for organizing the space of Respondent schools are described. In addition, we describe an approach that can be used to study and process data for the organization of the second half of the day for teenagers from different districts of the city of Krasnoyarsk, which will allow us to determine a number of management measures in this direction. Key concepts: adolescent educational space, non-formal education, extracurricular activities, additional education, strategies for selecting types of additional education by adolescent families, social and cultural contexts.
