The Use of the Soft Law Tool for an Effective Conflict Resolution in Education

The portfolio of A. Leontyeva «The Use of the Soft Law Tool for an Effective Conflict Resolution in Education» contains work materials, the purpose of which is to identify the possibilities of soft law as a tool for regulating educational relations. The array of existing regulations is analyzed. Elements that create zones of increased risk of conflict are identified. Conclusions are made regarding the appropriateness of decentralization of the rule-making function. The existing legal solutions to conflict situations are systematized, the characteristics of an effective conflict resolution are studied, algorithms for formalizing soft law norms and guarantees for their implementation are clarified. Informal legal solutions to conflict situations in the field of education are being developed and proposed. The degree of regulation efficiency using soft law norms is established. The advantages of using soft law are described.
