The purpose of this work is to determine the main criteria for the readiness of the electric grid company for introduction of certain innovations, including the digital transformation. Making the analysis of these criterias let us conclude the feasibility and effectiveness of the innovation. Grid company "Rosseti Center" is the subject of the master's thesis. This company operates in the central part of Russia.
