Psychological Master Programs Design at Tyumen State University

The result of master's thesis is a project of Psychological Master Program at the Tyumen State University. The main project idea is the possibility of educational paths individualization for master 's students. The criteria for choosing the project idea are compliance of the program with current psychological and general higher education trends, compliance with the strategic goals of the university, possibility of individualization within the program, attractiveness and demand of the final product by applicants, taking into account the available resources of the university (both material and technical, scientific and pedagogical); the program Graduates should be potentially in demand and useful in the regional labor market. The work methodology is based on the model of design educational programs ADDIE. As part of this work, the stages of analysis, design and partial development were implemented; Timelines have been set for the completion of the development phase and the implementation and evaluation phases. The developed product is a draft educational program that meets both the above-mentioned choice criteria and current Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education requirements. The project describes the structural components and their place in the overall program design. The project was evaluated from the point of view of its resource support, and the implementation dates for the next project stages are planned.
