The Impact of State Regulation Procedures on the Activities of Educational Institutions of Culture and Art

This paper analyzes the procedures of state regulation in the field of education in the Russian Federation since 1992 (licensing of educational activities, certification and accreditation of educational institutions, performance monitoring). The transformation and modernization of the above-mentioned procedures are being traced. Described industry-specific education in the field of culture and art (essential and formal), the specific organization of the system of state regulation of educational activities for educational institutions of culture and art. The influence of the above procedures on the activities of educational institutions of culture and art is formulated.
