The Model of the Teacher's Digital Culture

The project idea is to develop a model of the teachers' digital culture of , which would take into account the regulatory requirements for the digital competencies of the teacher and adequately integrate into the educational process of the pedagogical university with minimal cost. The model should be modular for its gradual introduction into curricula, adaptable for teachers of any educational level, open to account for changes in digital economy trends and scalable. The paper presents a project to develop a model of the teacher’s digital culture and approaches to its consideration in the main professional educational program in the direction of “Pedagogical Education”. The following tasks were solved within the project: an analysis of theoretical approaches to the definition, content and formation of a digital culture of a teacher; clarified the requirements of regulatory documents for digital competencies of teachers (educational and professional standards); practical experience of developing basic professional educational programs and taking into account the conditions for the formation of digital competencies of students in them was taken into account; The analysis of the content of teacher training programs for the formation of digital competencies and / or competencies of the digital economy is carried out. As a result, a model of the digital culture of the teacher was created and developed, approaches to its consideration in the educational process are proposed.
