The Management of the Digital Learning Environment in Russian Higher Education

The dissertation describes effective theoretical and methodological approaches to managing a digital educational environment, identifies shortcomings in the regulatory framework for managing the digital educational environment in terms of improving the competitiveness of higher education. The dissertation analyzes effective practices of managing the digital educational environment of leading Russian universities, identifies shortcomings in the practice of leading Russian universities in managing the digital educational environment, and develops recommendations for overcoming them.
