Creation and Development of the Project Management System in the Organization

The paper analytically evaluates existing PMMs and a number of differences between them are defined. The outcomes of the research paper are inclined to establish the significant role of Project Management Methodologies (PMM) or Project Management System (PMS) in the business organizations for improving further the global practices. The paper concludes emphasizing with the limited empirical evidence that has linked project methodology with project performance and marked suggestions for further investigations to fill the gap. There has been an additional focus made over the remote project management issues which have occurred during the external natural disaster like Covid-19 pandemic crisis, in this paper. The methodology of the study was a systematic approach, the method of content analysis, economic and statistical method and graphical method. The structure of the work corresponds to the purpose and objectives of the study. The Hypothesis of the research relates to the following purposes of the study: a) Remote project management issues have been increased leaving many effects on short-term and long-term projects, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic tenure. b) Changing the Project management methodology on a project will cause the project, where the methodology is implemented to change in the similar means. c) Covering the complete extent of the project management methodologies to the entire hierarchy of employees in an organization would be impossible. There were 2 questionnaires conducted which focused on the various parts of Project Management System. Both of the surveys were conducted via online platforms. The participants were selected for a certain reason who had professional experiences in an organisation. Both of the surveys were conducted via online platforms. In total, 71 respondents actively answered the results of the surveys, out of approximately 200 invitees, out of which 92 were approached on the professional platform LinkedIn and the remaining were personally approached by me after making the fair selection of employees who work in the organizations. The Scientific problem focuses on the changing the Project management methodologies impact the projects in any organization. The main challenge of project management is then to accomplish the project targets and objectives; while at the same time adhering to a set of agreed project constraints; which are typically scope (objectives), time and budget, to choose the best methodology at the beginning of the project; to predict the optimal and most favourable results from the chosen Project Management methodology, tools or assessment. In conclusion, the traditional PM methodologies no longer seeming as effective in being responsive to the customer’s changing needs. An organization requires to be agile and adaptive to succeed in shifting demand environment. There is a smaller quantity of employees involved in the project management, to whom training is provided. For well-established PMMs in the marketplace, most of the organizations offer training targeted at getting certified. With the upbringing of latest technology, an accelerated evolution can be observed in the field of project management system as a whole which include PM tools, PM practices, PM techniques and PM methodologies. The recommendations follow an algorithm which has been described in 5 stages which describes the step-by-step guidelines in order to achieve a successful project management system in any organization depending on the projects. In practice, there have been cases where the role responsible for the implementation of design approaches leaders appoints staffing of the company, legal or contract work, financial and economic block.
