In a situation of increased intensity of competition in the bottled water sales markets, the search for internal reserves to increase the efficiency of the company’s activity is becoming important. In conditions of growing competition among supply chains and, at the same time, when it is impossible to achieve high accuracy in forecasting consumer demand, ensuring the flexibility of the provided service is becoming an acute problem for modern companies. 4. The purpose of the research is to develop recommendations for the inclusion of risk factors into the inventory management model in a manufacturing company to increase flexibility in customer service. The scientific contribution of this paper is the development of risk classification in the field of inventory management in a manufacturing company, as well as the development of an approach to identify risks that must be included into the safety stock. 5. The volume of the master's thesis: the number of pages - 135, the number of figures - 53, the number of tables - 22, the number of applications - 4 on pages 129-135.
