Problem-Oriented Systematization of Workflow Errors in the Aspect of Digital Transformation of Activity

The purpose of the work is to determine the impact of errors in process management on the effectiveness of digital transformation of the socio-technical system, while identifying signs of potential corruption of participants in fragments of process management that contain errors. The task is to investigate the process and its integral inseparability from the structure of the organization, to show that the system reaches the goal only through the process. It is established that the organization's goals arise from meeting the needs of the environment and the need to maintain its viability.
