Legal Regime of the Multimedia Product

The graduation work is devoted to the study of the legal regime of a multimedia product. The work considers the features of a multimedia product (a kind of complex object), explores its characteristic features, varieties, circle of authors of this object, as well as features of the realization of rights to a multimedia product. The author suggested some changes and additions to the existing legislation in order to improve legal regulation and determine the place of a multimedia product in the system of intellectual property rights.
