Limits of Obligation as a Quality of Legal Force of the Court Decision in Terms of Repeated Tax Inspections

The subject of final qualification work involves the consideration of such legal categories as legal force of the court decision and bindingness as a feature of a judgment's legal force. The aim of this work is a comprehensive, complex and systematic study of the problems of legal force of the court decision with determination of limits of obligation as a quality of legal force of the judicial act in terms of repeated tax inspections based on an analysis of the current Russian legislation and relevant judicial practice.
