Legal Regulation of Financial Obligations of the Public Party according to Concession Agreement

This research is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of the financial obligations of the Concedent under the concession agreement. The research contains a comprehensive law enforcement and legislative analysis of the types of financial obligations of the Concedent in concession projects, an analysis of the specifics of individual financial obligations of the Concedent (fees of the Concedent, etc.), and of the issues related to the financial obligations of the Concedent under the concession agreement in the framework of budget legislation. In addition, the issue of budget allocations used to Finance concession projects is highlighted. Thus, the research includes an analysis of a set of issues related to the institution of financial obligations of the Concedent, legislative and law enforcement regulation of concession relations, as well as some practical aspects of the problem of public financing of concession projects in the Russian Federation.
