Legal Regulation of Natural Monopolies in Rail Transport

The object of the study is the relationship between natural monopolies in rail transport, consumers, federal and regional executive authorities in Russian product markets related to rail transport. Most attention is paid to the relationship between natural monopolies in rail transport and federal executive authorities on natural monopolies. The subject of the study is the matter of the approach to the definition of natural monopoly in rail transport and its features, the system of legal regulation of its activities, the methods of its governance and the peculiarities of its anti-trust regulation. The goal of the study is to research insufficiently developed issues related to the approach to the definition of natural monopoly in rail transport, the existing methods of its governance and the peculiarities of its anti-trust regulation.
