Observance of Rights of Current Creditors in Bankruptcy Proceedings

This work contains an analysis of the main provisions of the bankruptcy law and practice of courts on issues related to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of creditors on current obligations in bankruptcy proceedings. The study discusses the main approaches to determining the characteristics of persons belonging to the category of creditors for current obligations, as well as the main issues with differentiation of creditors' requirements for current and registry ones. In addition, the work defines the main ways to protect the rights of creditors on the current obligations of the debtor in a bankruptcy case.
