Theme: "Development of institutions for combating sexual discrimination in the law and order of the Kyrgyz Republic". The volume of graduation qualification work is 63 pages with 1 chart and 2 tables. When writing the diploma 58 sources were used. The object of the study - social relations arising in the field of combating sexual discrimination in the law and order of the Kyrgyz Republic. The subject of the study - legislation norms, provisions of scientific and educational literature, materials of periodicals, scientific articles and other sources on the problems of development of institutions to combat sexual discrimination in the law and order of the Kyrgyz Republic. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, an opinion and a list of sources and literature used. The introduction reveals the relevance of the study in the chosen area and the purpose and objectives of the study, defines the object and subject of the scientific research and specifies the methodological basis of the study, the novelty of the study and its theoretical and practical significance. Chapter one discloses the concept and general characteristics of sexual discrimination, the main forms of its manifestation, the regulatory and legal aspects of counteracting sexual discrimination in the country, as well as international and foreign levels of counteracting discrimination. In the conclusion on it the results of the theoretical material are summarized. Chapter Two analyses the content of institutions for combating sexual discrimination in the Kyrgyz Republic and the mechanism for implementing them. The conclusion on it describes the significance of the results obtained. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals.
