Actual Problems of the Contract of the Author's Order on the Example of an Online Course Creation Contract

The purpose of diploma is to study the definition of the essence of the contract for creating an online course, including its subject, essential conditions and distribution of exclusive rights to the result of intellectual activity, based on the actual problems of the contract of author's order. Based on the results of the study of the above aspects it is necessary to come to conclusions on the following issues: 1) what are the actual problems of legal regulation of the contract of author’s order and what are the ways to solve these problems; 2) what is the specifics of the subject of the online course creation agreement and what are its features? As a result of the research, the theoretical and practical problems of the design of the copyright contract and its individual elements were identified, the applicability of the provisions to the new design of the contract for creating an online course was assessed, and the need to modernize legislation in the field of copyright was determined. In addition, the author's approach to changing certain provisions of law of the Civil code of the Russian Federation was proposed.
