The Evidence Admissibility Obtained Through the Constitutional Principles Violations

The present thesis is devoted to the evidence admissibilty obtained through the constitutional principles violations As a result of the thesis, the following results were achieved: 1. The constitutional content of the rule of admissibility of evidence, the right to inviolability of the home, the right to qualified legal assistance is determined; 2. The question of the inadmissibility of evidence in the light of the violation of the right to the inviolability of the home and the right to qualified legal assistance is investigated.
