Single Real Estate Complex as an Object of Civil Law

The purpose of the graduation qualification work on the topic «Single Real Estate Complex as an Object of Civil Law» is to study the existing theoretical and law enforcement base of the single real estate complex, as well as to identify the main problems of the current legislation on this object and to propose the main directions of modernization of this legal institution. To achieve this goal, the following objectives are set: 1. To analyze the legal definition of a single real estate complex and its main characteristics; 2. To identify the main problems of defining a single real estate complex as an object of civil law; 3. To explore the specifics of state registration of a single real estate complex; 4. To study the peculiarities of transactions with a single real estate complex; 5. To describe the principles of taxation of a single real estate complex; 6. To justify the necessary of modernize the legal institution of a single real estate complex; 7. To define the main directions for improving the legal regulation of the institution of a single real estate complex. The results of the study revealed that the institution of a single real estate complex is a promising legal structure that can regulate civil legal relations and law enforcement in the aspect of complex real estate objects. However, the legal regulation of this institution requires changes and additions, because the existing problems create legal uncertainty and reduce the effectiveness of law enforcement.
