The Principle of Loyalty of Evidence in the Russian Criminal Procedure

Nowadays, the principle of loyalty of evidence is deficiently scientifically developed and is found only in the several works of Russian researchers. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the aspects of this principle that exist in the modern Russian criminal procedure and propose prospects for its legislative regulation with the help of studying foreign approaches to approaches to the regulation of this principle and legal positions of the European Court of Human Rights.
