The Concept of Collective Dominance in the Russian Federation and the European Union

The present graduation qualification work is dedicated to the study of state regulation and the implementation of the concept of collective dominance in the antitrust law of the Russian Federation in comparison with the institution of collective dominance in the European Union. The study identifies the doctrinal and historical aspect of the development of collective dominance, analyzes the legislative regulation of this concept in the Russian Federation, examines the law enforcement practice of judicial and administrative bodies, and also conducts a comparative legal analysis of the EU and the Russian Federation in the context of collective dominance. Based on the study, conclusions are drawn on the existing basic approaches to the application of the concept of collective dominance, on the current status of antitrust practice and the legislation of the Russian Federation within the framework of the category being studied, and also possible options for improving the regulation of the concept of collective dominance in the Russian Federation are suggested.
