Non-traditional Trademarks: Legal Regime and Protection

The work is devoted to the study of the legal regime of non-traditional trademarks. In particular, the types of non-traditional trademarks, the need for their legal protection, the features of the use of non-traditional trademarks and the features of disposing of exclusive rights to them, as well as the judicial protection of these trademarks are investigated.
