Problems with Registration of Conditional Transactions with Immovable Property

This research is based on problems, which have appeared after an abolition of state registration of conditional transactions with immovable property. The scince has to find a decision of this problems to develope a regulation of conditional obligations. The author has used results of modern researches and judicial practice.
