Non-Pecuniary Damage Compensation as а Way to Protecting Legal Rights

The final qualifying work is devoted to the study of the Institute of compensation for moral harm in Russian law. In the course of the work the history of the formation of the legislation on compensation for moral harm is studied, the main approaches to the interpretation of its concept are revealed. Much attention is paid to the mechanism of compensation for moral damage. The problems of determining the amount of compensation are analyzed, the authors propose their own system of its calculation. Also in the work the main difficulties of compensation of moral harm for offenses on the Internet are revealed and ways of their permission are offered.
