This work examines the activities of the WTO Dispute Settlement Body in the field of Intellectual Property and identifies theoretical and practical problems related to the implementation of WTO law in the domestic law of member States. The study is based on the analysis of the 28 completed cases of the WTO Dispute Settlement Body in the framework of the implementation of obligations under the TRIPS Agreement for the entire period of its operation and is aimed at improving the understanding of the processes of interaction between the WTO and member states, which is especially important for international economic integration.
