Legal Regime of Domain Name

The final qualification work is dedicated to the issues of determination of the domain name legal regime. Current research is due to the need for legal regulation of the relations connected with civil circulation of domain names and respective legal dispute settlement. The research contains the following parts: the general analysis of legal regime concept as a juridical category, the place of domain name in the system of civil rights objects and the issues of rights protection. The novelty of this research results from the elaboration (based on an integrated study of the elements of the civil law regime) of a concept considering domain name as a type of property (property right), and treating the rights to it as an absolute one.
