This work is a draft of federal law on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of rights to intellectual property in information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet. The changes are aimed at establishing mandatory compliance with an out-of-court mechanism for protecting copyright and / or related rights in order to reduce the burden on the judicial system. The bill also provides the introduction of administrative responsibility for the hosting provider and site owner for non-compliance with the above procedure.
