Legal Regime of Modified Computer Programs

The study is focused on the positive improvement of legislation in the area of insufficiently question about regime of modified computer programs. The main objective is formation of a uniform the legal status of the result of intellectual property. The proposed revisions are making to facilitate understanding of modification as a kind of remaking to consider specific aspects of the computer programs as an object of copyright.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
