Price and pricing are central elements of a market economy, as are the result of taking into account the interests of all market participants. Pricing as a process is subject to direct and indirect regulation by the state - the need for the parties to take into account private and public law requirements for individual contractual conditions, including the requirements of tax legislation. Civil and tax law has the greatest impact on price formation; this determines the relevance of the study.
