This paper produces the development of recommendations for the implementation of a logistics service based on the execution of an emergency order and the procedure for improving the quality of this service relative to a company specializing in the sale of non-original spare parts for imported construction equipment. To analyze and evaluate the quality of the logistics service, it was proposed to develop indicators related to the performance of this service and assessing the expectation and perception of the service relative to the company itself. An economic analysis was performed, which showed that ensuring accessibility by 0.9% through the шmplementation of emergency order by at least 89% of the planned acceptable value can increase the return on equity from 12.4% to 13.7%.
