1. "Horizontal Cooperation in Supply Chains Efficiency Enhancement" This work is devoted to the principles of horizontal cooperation (GC) in supply chains. In this study, GC practice is analyzed as a tool to improve supply chain efficiency. In the proposed study, knowledge in this area is systematized, scientific literature on the topic is analyzed, as a result, the motives for companies joining GC projects are identified, the benefits and obstacles that companies may encounter when deciding to implement such an initiative, and the mechanisms for sharing the achieved effect (benefits) are described between the participants in the cooperation. The relevance of the study is due to the high practical potential of horizontal cooperation in supply chains. Scientific interest in the topic is also growing, the number of publications in the English-language academic environment on the topic has recently increased significantly. The relevance of this work is explained by the systematization of knowledge in the subject area, as well as the development of proposals to change the organizational structure of the enterprise to best comply with the principles of the Civil Code. Scientific novelty lies in the systematization of knowledge in the field of Civil Code, as well as in the development of proposals for org. structural changes in connection with the implementation of GK projects, as well as the allocation of factors affecting the effectiveness of their implementation. The practical result of the work is the proof of the prospects for the development of horizontal cooperation projects in the field of logistics and DRM. 4. The volume of the master's thesis: the number of pages - 91, the number of figures - 10, the number of tables –9.
