The problem under study is due to a decrease in the purchasing power of the middle class of the population of Russia, off-price retail chains are gaining momentum, in which there are strategic problems associated with the organization of procurement activities, the lack of relevant databases necessary for the analysis and regulation of procurement activities. Also, outdated methods of sales forecasting, which need modernization for the successful development of networks of this format, are an important problem. The master's thesis proposed ways to improve procurement management by creating a modernized version of the Open-to-buy procurement module, also by improving the method of forecasting sales, which in general will lead to a more rational distribution of the procurement budget, which in turn will affect the increase the turnover and the coefficient of development of purchased goods, that is, will lead to a decrease in stocks and an increase in profit in the company.
