Annotation 1. Name of the topic of the master's thesis "Improving the logistics process in the context of digital transformation on the example of Telecom company MTS PJSC". 1. Undergraduate Sviridova Alexandra, MLG 182, school of logistics, faculty of business and management, HSE. 2. Scientific supervisor Gerami Victoria Darabovna, doctor of technical Sciences, Professor, head of the Department. Department of logistics infrastructure management. 3. Keywords: full order fulfillment cycle, technology platform, supplier rating, outsourcing, cargo transportation management. The problem under study is the lack of a single platform for cargo transportation management, which leads to an increase in the full cycle of order fulfillment and, as a result, a decrease in service and an increase in dissatisfaction with end customers. This process is not transparent for the end user (there is no tracking of deliveries, the person responsible for the request for transportation, etc.), and it is time-consuming for logisticians. The next problem is the lack of transport reports, which have to be collected manually after a year. The dissertation proposes a platform solution for eliminating "bottlenecks" in the cargo transportation process. The technology platform for cargo transportation management will allow to establish inter-functional coordination, reduce the full cycle of order fulfillment and ensure transparency of the cargo transportation process, both for the company's management and for the end user. 4. Scope of the master's thesis: page 92, figures-4, tables-15, list of literary sources-22.
