This process is not transparent for the end user (there is no tracking of deliveries, the person responsible for the request for transportation, etc.), and it is time-consuming for logisticians. The next problem is the lack of transport reports, which have to be collected manually after a year. The dissertation proposes a platform solution for eliminating "bottlenecks" in the cargo transportation process. The technology platform for cargo transportation management will allow to establish inter-functional coordination, reduce the full cycle of order fulfillment and ensure transparency of the cargo transportation process, both for the company's management and for the end user. 4.
