Development of Programs for Deliveries of Dangerous Industrial Goods on The Example of The Transport and Forwarding Company "RT-logistics

The object of research is the Russian freight forwarding company RT-logistics JSC. The subject of the research is the efficiency of organization of cargo transportation of dangerous goods by industrial enterprises (delivery plans, delivery methods). The purpose of the work is to identify imperfections in the organization of the transportation process from industrial enterprises, to propose measures to improve efficiency in this field of transportation, to model the economic effect of the changes. Tasks-to study the economic activity of the company, to assess its functioning using financial and economic indicators, to consider the objects of logistics infrastructure, to detect problems in operation, to study the theoretical basis for solving similar problems, to develop solutions applicable to the market for the transport of dangerous goods, to prepare an economic justification for the proposed changes.
