Faculty: Graduate School of Business

Educational Programme: Strategic Management in Logistics (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2020

The problem under study is that the existing model of air cargo transportation does not allow the General agent to effectively influence changes in the market. Changing fares does not guarantee an increase in cargo traffic and its uniform distribution on flights. Master's thesis is devoted to the reorganization of the logistics activities of the General agent in order to increase the company's revenue by performing the functions of a freight forwarder and an agent, improving the method of forming air shipments, as well as the introduction of electronic document management along the entire route of cargo. The dissertation contains proposals for the implementation of a multi-modal Express transportation service in Russia for the B2B segment.
