Developing Strategy of Logistics in Russian Post Company During International Mailing Management

The growth of the e-Commerce market in Russia and abroad sets its own trends for postal operators and cargo carriers. The increase of the number of items with commodity investments in the domestic market leads to increased competition and reduced sales, market cross-border to a decrease in volumes processed and sent parcels. Due to these changes and market shifts, JSC "Russian Post" needs to improve its logistics processes and increase the efficiency and reliability of the supply chain. The relevance of this scientific work is explained by the rapid development of the e-Commerce market in the world, the increase in the number of players in the market of CEP-services, the growth of internal volumes of online orders and the development of logistics functions for online retail giants. Thus, it can be argued that improving the reliability and efficiency of the supply chain management process and improving logistics functions are important factors in achieving the company's strategic goals. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop innovative methods for improving the company's logistics activities in managing international flows. To achieve this goal, it is important to complete a number of tasks: Conduct an analysis of the economic activities of "Russian Post", analyze its logistics activities and identify the company's problems from a strategic point of view. Conduct a critical analysis of the literature on the topic of choosing an approach to supply chain management. Formulate a list of necessary measures to improve the company's logistics activities when managing international shipments. Conduct an economic justification of the feasibility of implementing the proposed measures.
