Student: Yatskin Vadim Andreyevich, MLG 181, School of Logistics, Faculty of Business and Management, National Research University Higher School of Economics. 3. Scientific supervisor: Lychkina Natalya Nikolaeva. Associate Professor, M. Department of Information Systems and Technologies in Logistics 4. Keywords: port, market analysis, port operation plan, information and analytical support. 5. Research purpose: to improve the organization of cargo transportation and improve the efficiency of port terminals in the Murmansk Commercial Sea Port (MICP) on the example of coal terminal "Lavna", by solving the problems of optimal management of bulk cargo transshipment processes with the use of information technology. 6. The basic methodological basis of research: methods of system analysis and multi-criteria optimization, probability theory and mathematical statistics, theories and methods of simulation modeling, as well as methods of logistics technologies. 7. Structure and scope of work: The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature and annexes. The total volume is 77 pages, 43 figures, 15 tables and annexes.
