Improvement of Logistics Controlling System in a Trading Company

The theme of the thesis is Improving the system of logistics controlling in a trading company. The object of study is the supply chain of a wholesale company. The subject of the study is the improvement of the activities of a trading company using the system of logistic controlling. The work is done on 113 pages, contains 19 figures, 41 tables, 40 literary sources. The thesis includes an introduction, 3 chapters and a final conclusion. In the introduced valid relevance of the topic, the goal is written a diploma project, the object and subject of research, tasks are defined. The first chapter uses a description of the focal company. Analysis of financial, economic and logistic activity of object research. And finally, the current process of scrolling is reviewed and the main problems are identified. In the second chapter, the principles of constructing a system of balanced indicators, requirements for the algorithm for improving the system of logistic control were considered. It is also based on the principle of implementing the proposed algorithm thanks to the strategic profit models. In conclusion, the main conclusions are discussed, the results in this work, the implementation of the tasks and goals is evaluated.
