Design and Analysis of the Functioning of the Distribution Network of a Manufacturing Company

In this research, studied the main features of the distribution network of a manufacturing company, identified the main reasons for the low performance of logistics services. The most important part of the work is the analysis of approaches to designing the distribution network of domestic and foreign scientific authors. The main advantages and disadvantages of the approaches were identified. The use of simulation technology was also justified, and a simulation model was developed to reorganize the distribution network. The economic efficiency of the reorganization is justified by the Dupont model. In conclusion, the main conclusions and opportunities for further study of this issue are presented.
