Pre-contractual Agreements in Civil Law

The research is devoted to the Institute of pre-contractual agreements in Russia, their types and problematic aspects. The work consists of introduction, two chapters including seven paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography. The introduction justifies the relevance of the chosen topic, defines the purpose and objectives of the research, indicates the object and subject of research, as well as the degree of elaboration of the problem. The first Chapter is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects of pre-contractual agreements in Russia - their concept, content and legal force. This Chapter also analyzes Russian and foreign classifications of pre-contractual agreements. The second Chapter examines the existing types of pre-contractual agreements in the national legal system, highlights the problematic aspects of their conclusion and execution. The conclusion contains the main results and proposals aimed at developing pre-contractual agreements in national legislation.
