Economic Aid as an Instrument of Russian Foreign Policy Since 2000

This work is expected to form the vision on the Russian foreign policy in total. The detailed description of the failures and successful cases of the economic aid provided by Russia to other countries. The overall review on the effects achieved by the policy of foreign economic aid throughout the years since 2000.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
