The foreign decision making by actors on the international arena is a fascinating action which involves calculations of national interests and considers decision making bodies. the research concerns a foreign policy analysis of the conflict in the middle east and the structural constraints, that the USSR and the subsequent Russian Federation along with The USA, impose in the region and to what extent it could be claimed that they interfere in the conflict resolution of the Arabs and the Israelis.
