This paper examines the impact of the relative deprivation on the formation of different patterns of political behavior and different outcomes (political events such as political activism, terrorism, etc.) in the United Kingdom, precisely, in two constituent parts of the country — Northern Ireland and Scotland. Moreover, the paper is concerned with the analysis of social/political/economic factors that influence the emergence of relative deprivation and boosts already existing relative deprivation. One of the main finding is that while the first group of factors is mostly concerned with the internal ones, the latter group also includes the international factors such as Brexit.
