China in recent years has significantly increased the dynamics of electronic commerce. The growth of electronic commerce in China over the past two years is 90%. A feature of the development of China's electronic commerce is a regulatory system based on a policy of doubling the sales system and state support for entrepreneurs. E-commerce is much more profitable, due to the fact that in traditional trade, an entrepreneur pays for the rental of premises, spends financial resources on other activities. With e-commerce, many of the functions of traditional commerce are lost. However, despite the high pace of development of electronic commerce in China, there are a number of problems regarding logistics, goods of inadequate quality, as well as the further integration of China's electronic commerce in world trade. In this regard, the problem of the development and regulation of electronic commerce in the PRC on the basis of risk and opportunity assessment in line with international cooperation is gaining relevance and significance.
