Institute of Prejudice in Civil, Administrative and Arbitration Proceedings

The objectives of my research are to identify problems associated with the application of rules of prejudice; tracking the development vector of the institution of prejudice; study of the essence of the institution of prejudice and the prejudicial properties of judicial acts. The scope of my research includes the norms of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation and legal acts that establish the rules for the application of prejudice, as well as theoretical and practical problems of applying prejudice when considering civil, administrative and arbitration cases. As a result of the research, I examined the problematic issues associated with the application of the rules of prejudice in modern domestic law and came to the conclusions presented in the conclusion of the research.
